有關server 2003 的問題

I would like to ask you few questions to see whether you can help me.

1. How can Window 2003 server control PC clients in the office (windown XP or Vista) ? For example, how can administrator
control the client's wallpaper in their pc throught Window server 2003.
For this task, I need to find out 10 items that can be controlled by administrator through Window server 2003 in office.

2. How can administrator deploy the service pack thought the window server 2003. That means, deploying the server pack
without going to client PC individually.
