有無c兄知道點做e個layer (web app)

我想設計一個layer, 可以做到e下的功能. 我的檔案存放在自己的Hosting server. I would like to use frontpage to create.

Any big brother can help me ?

Does anyone can help me to write a file that using frontpage or php.

I need to create the website that looks like this. And able to play the fla file .
